My great ambition, I think, is to become nothing less than the most brilliant of the hairless apes of my age; though, given the range of competition, I doubt the probability of amounting to the measure of an Ada Lovelace or Albert Einstein. But, at the very least, I expect that I might - after some work - reasonably achieve a state of greater brilliance that the most brilliant of the hairy apes, and provide respectable competition to the more brilliant bottle-nosed dolphins - particularly if I learn to swim properly. As for illuminaries among the dogs and the housecats, I think I might just have the edge - though my experience is noticeably limited, and so there is every possibility that I might be mistaken in that assumption.

Oh, but to be a brilliant ape!
