My ballot for the 2015 Philadelphia General Election Since CrowdPAC doesn't have options to list positions on the three ballot questions:
Question 1 (Make the Office of LGBT Affairs a permanent cabinet position): YES, with the caveat that I'm not really sold on this being necessary at the present time; Jim Kenney isn't going to abolish the office, and the community's needs may change in the next eight years.
Question 2 (Consolidate city departments): NO. This started out as a power play by Council into Executive Branch appointments, but has been fought/watered down into irrelevance.
Question 3 (Debt issue for capital investments): NO. City Council has to stop putting its entirely predictable capital priorities on the municipal credit card, especially without a plan to pay off the debt, or to put the long-term financial affairs of the city (*cough*pensions*cough) in order.
