Something was wrong. Incredibly, insanely wrong.
But Cecilia didn't know how to explain it, didn't even know how to start. There was something different about Draco- something in his eyes that confused her. Terrified her, even. But how does one explain that known Death Eater Draco Malfoy's violent behavior isn't actually characteristic of who he is? That the murders of those Muggles was something he'd never have done?
And who would ever believe it coming from her?
Still, she had to do something. Had to at least try and figure it out.
Which is what led her to the Auror office at the Ministry where she immediately asked for Ron Weasley.
