Should be doing homework
but it's really hard to do that when you've been off of school for a week. I guess i'll get to it eventually. My birthday was pretty good. Josh and Andrew came over (nori's friends! ha. i see them more than i see my actual friends) and so did paige. Lisa's dad came up again so it was a full house. Lisa's mom made amazing food-- pasta with seafood (i love scallops!) and seitan pot pie (I told her to make her artistic chef's interpretation of what i would be if I was food for my birthday and that's what I was). She really went all out and made me feel like part of the family. It was really nice. They also got me a really nice ipod sounddock thing by bose ,which sounds awesome and will be really fun in me and lisa's new loft area. Andrew gave me a mug set, bubbles, and a spongebob keychain. ha. Lisa got me some more shoes (hemp rasta superstars...) and paige got me the book i've wanted for a while now- LORDS OF CHAOS, about the norweigan black metal scene. Fun times.
Yesterday, we cleaned the house because they're showing our apartment to people already. I stayed in and waited for the realitors, while nori went to work (he got a job at Japanoise Bakery, the place on beacon by BU) and Lisa and the rest of the fam went to the Apple store. I went for a run, etc. and they came back later on. We just ate leftovers and watched Skycapitan, the weirdest/worst movie ever.
Then we went to bring lisa's mom's bags to the car, which definitely weighed at least 80 lb each. Lisa's dad "hurt himself" when he was doing nothing helping lisa bring down the smaller bag, and he went to bed like a baby, so me and lisa drove her to the airport at around 3 or 4 AM. We came back and crashed-- lisa's dad left when we woke up with not so much as a goodbye (well, not much more than that), and we went to spike's for hotdogs with nori before he had to work. Came home, did more homework, showed the apartment again, watched TV, did the dishes and made dinner....now i'm in here. it's nice having a clean room.
I didn't run today, so I will have to make sure i get up and do that tomorrow before school. I hope I can. I still have to do my pushups and situps.
