Hi, I'm Aliki. I joined ChickClick during my freshman year at college in 1998. I was 18 years old and 1,000+ miles from home. I followed on to Estronet, where I think I'm still listed as the General Topics moderator! I've used the nickname Aliki on all sites (ChickClick, Estronet, and now Livejournal

In hindsight, all I probably did was lurk on the ChickClick/Estronet boards, read the posts, and wish I was half as cool as some of you out there.

I remember being more intimidated of you and a few others than anyone else because you all seemed so much older and sooooo much cooler than me!
