So summer's arrived, suddenly and with a vengeance. It's been in the nineties the last two days and because I'm a stubborn git, I'm not turning the AC on before June. I'm melty. The kitties are melty.
But I bought popsicles today and those things have magical powers to cool the cranky and make a girl feel like she's ten years old again.
In other news, there's a new member of the family. A week ago today, my favorite cat-pusher summoned me to come see a kitten Right Now. One look at his funny little face and I was screwed. So Hiro joined the family with very little hissing and growling and all three kitties are co-habitating peacefully already.
