Soooo, last night a couple of friends took me out to see the re-make of The Day the Earth Stood Still.

Here is the low down: (possible spoiler - do not read on if you are planning on seeing this)

1. Not a movie worth spending $8.50; maybe a matinee, but not the higher price.

2. If you are going to make a film that is based off a certain area; PLEASE

I'm just marveling at your first statement. You can go out to a movie for 8.50? At night? Our matinees are 9 bucks, for college students.
