i wear abercrombie because i like it not to look cool. cos on the contrary, most of the kids who i hang out with think its retarded anyways so its not to be cool. and how does a kid wearing abercrombie equalize with sending an 18 year old to war and pretty much all of the other points there...?
yeh i agree with the fact that people actually like it BUT hes really talking about the people who wear it to just look cool and jump on the trend-bandwagon. which, when it comes to abercrombie is the majority of the customers. i mean honestly...a pair of ripped up jeans which u could easily do urself costs over 60 bucks. I..just dont get it. AND..hes not referring all his other points to the fact that some kids wearing abercrombie wear it because they feel cool and watnot. he just brought up that first example to talk about america's "culture" and all of the nations issues and the crisis its in.
well yeah but people do that with every style, not only abercrombie. how many people in the world said OMG CONVERSE ARE SUPER UGLY two years ago, now look everyone's wearing them. ghetto wear, c'mon thats hideous im not even going there. people do that to every fashion, music, scenes all over because the world is full of conformists. and nonconformists are conformists in denial its all the same. wear what you like because you like it. if you want to spend your money on jeans, the more power to you. some people think that spending that money on cds, or on a computer game is just as pointless.
I hate abercrombie, not because I think it's ugly...but because I think people that will spend so much money to buy clothes that you can buy anywhere else or could even make by yourself has their priorities messed up. I mean honestly, do you really think that the shirt or those jeans that you bought are worth that money? The majority of that money wasn't spent on the jeans or the shirt, but on the abercrombie name.
