LAN Party 09/30 @ Noon

Sunday, Sept 30th starting @ 12 noon and running until we're too tired to continue!
This LAN party will be at the new house! I had intended to have one at the old apartment but decided it would just be better at the new place. For one thing, it means I can use my new barbecue!
I have 3Gb+ broadband, an 8 port gigabit switch and a wireless G router. As mentioned, there will be some barbecue and I'll be getting some drinks.
Things you should bring:
- you computer! (with mousepad, mouse, keyboard, headphones or speakers)
- Card table or other surface to setup on
- Chair
- LONG ethernet (CAT5) cable
- Surge protector powerstrip
- Mousepad
Games you should already have installed (if possible) as they seem to be favorites:
- Unreal Tournament 2004
- Dawn of War
- Worms Armageddon
Please comment with other game suggestions if you are planning to attend. Game installation is the one thing that really REALLY slows down a LAN party, so if at all possible, get your games installed before hand, even if it means borrowing them from someone else sometime this week!!
