There truly is nothing quite like a quick summer thunderstorm. A few nice bolts of lightning, loud thunder, a drenching rain, and a nice wind.
There was one up here as my law class was beginning. Naturally, I wandered out of the classroom to go outside and stand in the rain near the pond on campus. Just standing there, looking up at the sky. Watching the rain fall in the large droplets that are associated with this type of storm. Watching the lightning flicker across the sky.
