I'm afraid I can't help much but do you have any particular way to calm yourself? I've had my fair share of panic attacks and I've been told to come up with ways to calm myself quickly.
One that might work is music and thinking so-called-happy thoughts or coming up with a mantra that could calm (I sometimes repeat in my head 'think happy thoughts, think happy thoughts', other is just getting out of the situation somewhere where you can be alone and where's peaceful but I'm guessing that's not very possible for you.
I try to stay away from the room as much as possible, so its not hard but I hate thinking about it. At least I've talked to my RA and we're going to talk to his boss and I get to explain the entire situation.
Either I will have to move out or she will, but at this point I just want to get away from it so I'd be fine with moving, haha.
And thanks for the advice, I'll try coming up with a mantra that works.
