An update of sorts.

Things have been really busy at work. There has been lots of happenings and lots of decisions to be second guessed at a later date. I passed on a job that would have been a fantastic opportunity to stay where I am for now. I don't exactly know why but I will break myself and put my needs and desires aside so as not to disappoint anyone.

I guess the biggest thing is that I always see the silver lining. I can see how the place can grow and be what I want it to be. I was excited for the new project to start but now everyone is second guessing everything. I also realize that working for someone else is not all roses and coffee. I am just not sure whether or not Premium has me in its plans. I also want to be the one, who if I have to be replaced, everyone will always say "That's not how Matt did it." I am broken and wired to put everyone before me and I always feel bad if I can't give everyone exactly what they want. I am already questioning not trying hard enough to get that job.
