Today is the feast of the Annunciation.
Over two thousand years ago, I performed one of my most famous and revered duties. I am still grateful for having being given that task.
And over two thousand years ago, a young woman put her faith in the Lord despite the obstacles she knew she would face.
Today is the beginning of our salvation,And the revelation of the eternal mystery!The Son of God becomes the Son of the VirginAs Gabriel announces the coming of Grace.Together with him let us cry to the Theotokos:"Rejoice, O Full of Grace, the Lord is with you!
