annoyed
while explaining to a friend over the internets that i'm working on a rehab manual for the staff here, i got pissed off. i was explaining that i need to make a definitions section. during the first training sessions last week, i was asked what sterile meant. it's been so long that i've been working in the medical field that i forget that some people don't know the basic words. and, with it being a third world country, the access we have to education in the states doesn't generally apply here for the average Belizean.
anyway, the suggestion for the definition was demeaning, to say the least. and it angered me. and i just needed to rant.
livejournal, i still love you... even though you are severely neglected.
things are well here, otherwise. for the most part... anyway. currently debating what my next step should be. i'll be twenty-seven (WHAT?) on saturday. neat.
