Went to see Sara Bareilles with my daughter last night. I didn't know much of her prior to the concert but I enjoyed her greatly. A very talented young woman.

I'm on day 4 of the Beck Diet Plan. Not yet supposed to be actually dieting, but doing mental exercises and rituals to begin preparing myself.
