Holiday! Hoorah!!
So I’m off on a wee holiday tomorrow *g* Going for a week to Cape Town with my sister. Now my sister just happens to work for Wilderness Safaris and part of her job is that she gets to stay at the various lodges, resorts and hotels they sell to their clients - essentially for nothing. This is so she has a better grasp of the services etc that are offered, and is able to sell it to the overseas tourists. She also gets to take someone along on these trips - and this happens to be me! \o/ So free accommodation in luxury hotels is not going to be sniffed at.
Just in case you might be interested, these are the places that we are going to get to stay in. Pretty damn fancy and completely out my price bracket on an ordinary day, that’s for sure!

This last one we’re going to because my brother and his wife have recently taken over as the general managers so we’re actually going to see them (including the nephew) and aren’t actually staying in the lodge proper. But it looks like an amazing place!

So if over the next week any of you post some chapters to your fabulous stories and you’re waiting on tenterhooks for my comment - cause I know you do ;o) - then I’m afraid this is why I shall be absent! Think I’ll cope though...

PS I'm also hoping it might be a little warmer down there than it has been in JHB for the last two weeks. I'm tired of being just slightly cold all the time...
PSS Also got a new (2nd hand) car today! A lovely bright blue Chevrolet Aveo. I'm very happy with it :o)
