Quickest update ever
So I noticed that I have not updated in waaay to long. Therefore I will proceeded to update in the quickest form yet.
1. Renee (my roomie) and I are both pretty much dead sick with yucky colds and we have no hot water (thanks apt managers!)
2. Recruitment went really well and we have 43 adorable baby sisters. They would not let us wear coats because we did not have a place to store them, I think that is one reason why we are sick...
3. I went home for a full two weeks. I have not done that in two years! Meeting up with people proved entertaining, but i am not sure if I would return for that long again with the whole family in town.
4. James came to visit for a portion of break and visited with the parents. My Mom called him a smart ass the first night he was in town (I am not surprised, and it was in a friendly way). My dad treated him like the techie geek son he never had asking for advice and such. He met all of my parents gang (Murrays, Brabecs, Van Heels, Duffee etc.) the first night ... it was interesting, but he did well amongst all my adoptive parents. I showed him a lot of the city I love, and we had a grand old time.
