What a weekend! It's quite nice to not have an horrendously long coach journey back to Exeter from IVFDF, but the flip side of that is that it was hectic. As you can see from the icon thing, it was us who were hosting. I am back from the nice, 10-hour coach journey to Edinburgh for this year's IVFDF. My first IVFDF!!! It was brilliant! Didn't do quite as much as I'd have liked, on account of my ankle giving out on me about halfway through the Friday night English ceilidh, but I still had a great time.

6 weeks till IVFDF!! My first one! It's going to be a MAJOR trek for us lot down in Exeter - this year it's in Edinburgh!

Need to sort out all the music for Streatham Swine, and get the tunes from Jenny so I can practise. At the moment I'm the only musician, and the flute isn't the best of instruments for outdoors (Morris tour, apparently). Not sure ( Read more... )
