It's nearly 1am. I have about 15 hours till this blasted thing's due in - and at this rate I'll need every second of those 15 hours! I've currently got about 840 words.

This is not going well.

As long as I get 40% I'll be happy. It's pretty rubbish and doesn't really make much sense. It's Culture & Criticism; I do need the luck!!!

Hee hee hee, check your constantly updating to avoid working! Isn't it weird how suddenly you're hugely motivated to tidy or do washing up or ANYTHING but the essay. And you can convince yourself you need to update your livejournal...it'll help...

At least it's over now!

Displacement activities are a wonderful thing!!

I am soooooo glad it's finished. It's not very good, but as long as I get 40% I'll be happy.

Spent most of today (Saturday) with my boyfriend, which was really nice. I don't see much of him - he's a Lukie PGCE person on teaching practice in St. Ives.

I know him through FolkSoc here at Exeter. We've only just started going out, and I've never been out with anyone before, so we're taking it really slowly. He's a Christian, which is always good! It still feels quite weird, but I'm slowly getting used to it. There is emphasis on both times I've used "slowly"!
