Here begins my quarter century
Today's my birthday - and it's been a good day so far.
I realized the other night that for the last few years I've been getting depressed around me birthday, which is not such a cool pattern to get into. In the past I've been able to pinpoint why I was down (wasn't where I'd thought I'd be, too many things changing, missing people who weren't around) but things have been really good this year and are looking even better for the year coming, so wtf?
Anyway, I'm happy to be happy today, instead of still in my doldrums.
And now off to lunch with Ali
And then dinner by Mom - much yumminess
And tomorrow... KITTIES!
