Protect me from what I want!!!!!
I've created YET ANOTHER icon community, this time inspired by spikesbabyblues's idea at eliza_stillness.
So may I introduce you to hhr_lims, aka Last Icon Maker Standing (LIMS), Harry/Hermione style, which is a community for icon contests involving Harry/Hermione bases (from Harry Potter, obviously!).
How does hhr_lims work?
The 1st round will begin the 29th of April, 2005. By then, all of the icon makers who have signed up, will enter the first challenge. One week later, people will be allowed to vote for their favourites. According to the voting results, the icon with less votes will be eliminated and the icon-maker will no longer be able to participate in the future challenges.
Alas, when the second challenge arrives, only those who survived the first one will be allowed to enter. This goes on until there's only ONE ICON MAKER left.
Simple, yes?
JOIN hhr_lims. PIMP hhr_lims. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity, since it can't go on forever. Perhaps there will be more rounds in the future, but only if this first experience is successful. So join. And if you don't join, please please please PIMP it. For me? *bats eyelashes*
