Last night was awful. I woke up at about 2am with the worst sour feeling in my stomach. I tried to lay in bed and take deep breaths, but that didn't do anything. So, finally I decided I may as well go throw up to get whatever was in my stomach out. (All I'd had yesterday was 170 cals of nonfat chocolate soy milk...). It was all acid. That made me feel a bit better, so I could sleep. But I kept waking up....not very restful. :( So, this morning I've already had my 170 cals, I was thinking that if I put something in my stomach it will stop feeling so sour. I had 1/2 c fiber one cereal and 1/2 cup skim milk. From what I calculated the total cals from that is 125, but I don't want any more cals for the day. I feel like shit and I have an exam in microeconomics and physics 2 lab today, too. >:( Not a very positive way to start the day.
