Thought journal...
I've been logging my thoughts, as Hemet (AUS) suggested we do as part of our heka homework (Wednesday's Saq Nisut). A peek inside my mind may or not be of interest to you. Tahai is short for TahaiBast - Behind Bast, or Bast's servant is the translation. Although, during the naming, Hemet said tahai means 'the behind' :P.
I laughed so hard I cried. I'm afraid I will forever be known as Bast's behind! Poor Nuria didn't get the joke :D, so someone had to explain, which made it even funnier.
My interpretation of it is a bit different. In my mind, I don't so much stress that I stand behind Bast, as Bast stands in front of me. Which fits. Bast is a protectress.
I don't know if you remember the dream I had several months ago, where Bast came and killed some kind of evil that had been riding me? Well, She came again in another dream in a similar capacity, so I feel that I am definitely protected from the agents of ap*p by her.
Anyway, it'll be awhile before I feel conformtable in this name. I'm still so used to being Catlin, but that was only ever a nickname, so I'll deal with it!
Hope things start to pick up on your end, and you can replenish your spoons soon.
