I went back to the gym today for the first time in 15 days. It was awful. I felt awful, but a good awful, if that makes sense. I only did 30 minutes of cardio as sort of a "welcome back to the gym" and to kind of get me into the swing of things again. My body feels like it's starting over from square one but I know that I'll start to feel better ( Read more... )
