Oh, yeah, and a brag.
I'm .5 pounds above my goal weight and 3.5 pounds above my super goal weight/driver license weight (ha ha). That means that since I've been working out, 5 months ago, I've lost eight pounds! That doesn't even account for the amount of fat I lost that was replaced with muscle. My next goal is to start toning. I wouldn't want to lost more than 3 more pounds and would hope to replace it with muscle. I want to look toned and strong, but not buff, kwim? I'm not concerned about looking buff because I don't eat enough to be buff. I don't like eating and tend to eat healthy, so "buff" is out of the equation!
I've read somewhere that the female body takes two years to *truly* rebound from a pregnancy and I'm convinced it's true. Things really are still "settling" back in place. I'm starting to almost have the body I had before (bare stomach excluded).
I hope my ribcage shrinks, though, because before I wore a 32 sized bra and now I wear a 33. WTF. Who sells a 33? I tried on a 32 and it was too tight on the biggest hook and the cups were strangling. I tried on a 34 and it was too loose on the tightest hook and the cups were too big. I'm going to need that inch back.
