Flax Seed Fococcia

2c. Flax seed meal
1Tbs. Baking powder
1tsp. salt
1-2 Tb. sweetener
5 beaten eggs
1/2c. water
1/3c. oil

Mix dry ingredients. Add wet to dry and combine well.
Let batter set for 2-3 min. to thicken up some.
Pour batter onto 12x13 pan.
Bake 20 min. until it sinks back. 350F.
Cool and cut unto slices.

Cheese Drop biscuits

4 eggs
1/4c. coconut oil of grapeseed oil
1/4c. salt
1/3c. coconut flour
1/4tsp. onion or garlic salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4c. parmesan
1/3c. chedder or gruyere cheese

Blend eggs, oil salt and onion powder.
Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk
Fold in cheese.
Drop on cookie sheet.
bake 400F. 12-15min.
