Ok...semi update.
Spent Thursday night at Adams. We were geeks and stayed up till 630 in the morning playing computer games, so I got very little sleep. Left Friday night and went to my LARP. Brought a friend to crash at my place and we stayed up till 730 in the AM. Got very little sleep again. Drove him back to the LARP, drove into RI, and got on my plane to London. Couldn't really sleep much at all on the plane. Got to London noon their time, 7am mine. Wandered around a bit and ate. Went to ed around 730pm ish. Didn't actually get up till after noon the next day. I was tired. Jeanne and I then proceeded into london. Saw some of the sites....took some pictures....but it was night time, so dont know how well they came out. We also went to see Beowulf in IMAX 3d. I liked it, even if it was apparently really inaccurate. Of course it was raining all day, so I got drenched. Puddles in my shoes wet. And cold. Tomorrow I am going to head back ito London and wander a bit alone, then probably take a day trip into Edinburgh, Scotland. Yes, a day trip to Scotland. As long as the Bus ticket still has the good deal Jeanne told me of that is. Camden and Windsor will be sometime this weekend, and I head home Tuesday.
Things to note:
ONE... I forgot my power cord to my Laptop. I am an idiot. So, my computer will be useless except quickly turn on to upload my pics onto when I need to. The battery only lasts like an hour turned on. Needless to say, it has been off for a while and I am using other comps.
TWO...My phone charger (which i did remember) does not work with an outlet converter because the plug is too big to fit in it. I am therefor without my phone and music.
THREE...I do not know the combo to the lock on the suitcase im using (my uncles). It somehow locked on the plane here. I IMed Adam so he could call my uncle's cell (which luckily I know his number by heart). he didnt know the number either, so he told me to break it open. I did.... with a wrench and my key. And did it without breaking the suitcase. Woot to me.
