I seriously think this experimental psychology research paper is going to kill me. Can someone please give me some ways to destress myself?

I don't even know why I'm doing it. It's not like I have any comprehensive finals to worry about. One more day to work and one more day to go to school. I have the weekend off of work and the whole next week off of school. Then we only have two more weeks of school before we're out for Christmas.
