I can already tell. I was making mac and cheese. When I went to drain it, I set the pot down after putting the drained mac in it and it fell off the counter......all over the floor. So now I have inedible mac with no cheese. Luckily we have another box....I'll try again. Just have to wait to eat a little while longer. Man, I'm hungry....

I made real mashed potatoes tonight. They are really tasty. I've also figured out how to make the pre-seasoned chicken strips better. I put them in an aluminum cake pan with some worcestershire sauce and sprinkled a little more lemon pepper seasoning on them. Saturday, mom and I went to Hobby Lobby to look around. That place is huge! They have everything. I didn't think they would really be that big or have that much stuff. Started at 8:00 this morning. I told Beth that I would take her to the doctor. I didn't know 'til later that it would be early in the morning. I feel somewhat better today. My head's still all stuffy and I can't breathe well, but I'm not dizzy and weird feeling anymore.
