GAH!!!!!!!

I am going to kick someone in the head! I got the DSL stuff today. I set it up like the CD told me to......and it doesn't work. I called the AT&T help line. The lady was helpful, but she couldn't figure out what the problem was either. It connects when she gives me a temporary password and such, but it won't connect permanently. So I go to Wal-Mart to see if I can get another ethernet card just in case that may be the problem. I put it in the computer and now the damn modem is saying it's getting no power. WTF?!?!?! I know it's getting power 'cause the damn light's on!
Anyway, she told me she'd send me another modem....that means I have to wait another three days 'til I can set this up. *Sigh*
