I've been sort of avoiding the politics hullaballoo lately. I know who I'm voting for and while it is all very fascinating from a political/historical view, I can't actually separate my emotions enough to be able to view all the crap stress free. At some point I started saying that local politics is overlooked and just as important as national

Thanks for helping me stay informed. I am far more absorbed in national politics, but you are 100% right, local matters tremendously. I will be voting yes on this measure.
