Chula had a busy weekend, getting out both days for some sightseeing.   On Saturday, he was photographed in Waterfront Park, along the Willamette River in downtown Portland.  He saw the the Navy ships that had dropped anchor along the park river wall as part of the Portland Rose Festival.  On Sunday morning, he got some eyebrows.  Subtle difference ( Read more... )
