It's been pretty bitterly cold out the past few days, and lots of the gross kind of snow. Yech. At least in Buffalo we got the big lake effect snows. Here we just get little sea spray snows. But it's always cold, so I guess it isn't really better one way or the other.... (yes, I am well aware I could move somewhere that doesn't snow. I've already moved from Buffalo so I've been weaning myself...).

But otherwise things are good. M and I took a walk at the Newport Cliffwalk on Saturday which was great. I'll post some photos later. Let's hope tomorrow or I'll probably forget :) And I went back to work today and was very productive, which was great. I enjoy being productive and I enjoy my job, and best of all, I only had to leave my office for lunch, really, so I was decently toasty. Friday I'm scheduled to work outside and it's supposed to snow, so maybe I'll have to do a little rearranging there.

I looped back to the weather pretty quickly there. It's not hard to do. It's post-Solstice so I'm gloating over the fact that we're on the upswing, that the revolution is in progress, and that Spring is gaining momentum. It's a wonderful thing :)

What else...

Working on some more mix CDs. Watched a bunch of episodes of Dungeons and Dragons, which I purchased at Target for all of five dollars! Woohoo! Still typing away at my other pirate story. And patiently waiting for Skulls and Crossbones to be released. Can't wait :)

Alright, enough has been said about nothing at all, and Seinfeld really has that market cornered, so I'm done.

new england adventures, weather, work, winter, skulls and crossbones, dungeons and dragons, woman pirate
