New Bemani forum for the PNW

BlueSS created a new forum, www.pnwbemani.net, since we were all discussing on ITGfreak that the PNW community is pretty lame right now, and that a forum could possibly bring things back to life, and at least pick up where the other old forums left off. It's good to have a centralized point for discussion instead of people being split off in different forums, and you can attach files to your posts, stuff like that.
