A stream of consciousness
-We're going to the Ron Paul rally in DC this weekend. I can't wait to get away with just Andrew. I'm considering leaving my phone at home, even, and we're almost definitely not bringing the laptop.
-Today we were looking at land packages in Alaska. I can't wait to live in a cabin in the woods.
-I want us to take more weekend trips like this. I also want us to start planning our getaway to the Grand Canyon for next year.
-Next year, unless we rent it out, we also have a week's vacation at our timeshare in the Berkshires. I'm already looking forward to it. There's a giant hot tub in the suite!
-Our bedroom is my castle- my sanctuary. When I want alone time, that's where I go, although cats and husband often join me for fun snuggle timez. My current fave (how much of a nerd am I) is to curl up in bed and peruse the Oxford Dictionary of Christianity.
