I want to locate a library, when I decide it’s safe to abscond from this room. However this place seems dreadfully raucous today, I wonder, is it always like this?

Nope, sometimes it's much more noisy, and other times it's dead quiet. If you're not sure if it's safe to go out, take your red tape with you. I found it helps.

Currency? In this dump? I don't even know, even saying 'favors' doesn't seem to be it. We don't have one.

Ah yes, the red tape which the good people here neglected to mention until now. I will certainly bear it's use in mind from now on.

Personal note: If favours don't work, then blackmail and bribery seem to be all that remain. I will have to make arrangements.

Nobody told you about that? Geeze, that's the most important thing in this place! It keeps the ghosts out, use it where needed. Putting tape on the windows or door anywhere should keep the ghosts from entering your apartment.

Likely but not impossible. Since I require cleaning services, I intend to acquire them, I see no ill logic in that.
