Updates and things
So. It has been a while since I posted. Let's see.
My cat died on New Year's Eve. I miss him desperately. Comments on this post are disabled. Have decided not to get a replacement kitten, for household reasons.
Looking forward to Anna's Masquerade on Fleet Street, and gearing up to get the half-completed ball-dress I, ahem, happened to have on hand, finished.
Am also looking forward to what is lightly known as 'the linen sale' at the op-shop I help out at. Am told that people travel from a very long way away to get a chance at the vintage bits. Since I am manning a booth, I - oh gosh - get an hour before it opens to pick out the good stuff that I want. Gosh. What a nuisance! (Have been mending a 1927 tailcoat for the sale. That was fun in and of it self. Lovely workmanship.)
Keep planning on cooking Thai, as per New Year's Resolution. Other New Year's Resolution involves learning violin all proper-like, and I'm doing a lot better at that.
Can think of nothing else to write. Lead sad and boring life. Alas!
