You know what bugs me about January. New Years. Suddenly the gym is busier then usual and the sole reason for it is because of people made new years resolutions to lose weight or get in shape and suddenly the gym is packed. The thing with this kind of resolution is that it doesn't work. If you aren't committed enough to get in shape on your own that you have to make a new years resolution to try and do it, your going to fail. I expect it to return to it's normal volume come Feburary.
