1.09 Little Girl Lost

a.k.a The one with the ex-boyfriend

"Little Girl Lost" is also the episode where we learn:

How Beckett takes her coffee:

Grande skim late, two pump sugar free vanilla.
(Does this coffee sound a little un-Becketty to you?).

Castle's Beckett-fantasy #23

In my dreams you're never jealous. In my dreams you just join in--*bearclawmouthinterface*

KB subscribes to Castle's fan website.

She's not amused that he figured it out.

Nikki Heat is not naked, she just holding a gun...

strategically

KB used to have a boyfriend. Will Swedishhotie. FBI. Special Agent. Dumped her for Boston after 6 months of dating. Wishes she had come with. But now he's back in town. He meant to call. Wants back in her pants.

Castle's not amused.

OK, maybe he is a little.

And Beckett's very stiff about it. For 17 whole minutes.

Then things get to a point where these two came very near to dropping their pants to settle things

Castle so would have.

Ryan continues to be a Castle fan.
Castle's backward dustjackets continue to boggle me.

KB confesses to finding castle interesting.

And apparently she used to skate at Rockerfeller center in neon ice skates with Will.

He distracts her with this tidbit to go all dammsugare on her lips.

This lady cop has cold hands

Beckett once stood in line for an hour to get her book signed by Castle.

(Will finds this very amusing)

Beckett looks cute with a baby

Sorenboy looks ridiculous in Castle's chair

He wants to get back together with Beckett. She's not convinced.

(but her hair looks the best it has all season! Wouldn't you say?)

Castle doubts it would work, though,

He's like the male you. Ying needs a Yang, not another Ying
This naturally leads to him asking her out for a drink,

an offer she refuses, because she has a date.
You date?

Castle feels like somebody threw a banana peel under his MarioKart.

Maybe there's a little more NH in her than he thinks

And he's left to stare at her leave. And to daydream about season 12 when he'll finally get himself some of that.

As per usual.

Now, I have to ask, do you think she really had a date that night or was she bluffing? She's been known to do both *g* I can't decide here. I'm leaning towards bluffing, maybe? (Do you think she calls Will that night? Logs onto castlefans.net to look at the cover art some more? Oh the possibilities...*g*)

Poll

The "be careful" moment:

I'm calling this the moment in S1 when the audience is first aware that she cares, as in really.

Then shortly after, when they discuss Alexis.

Whaddaboutyou?
