turbo friends

here are some photos from the nest material/ hammer and saw/ greg davis show at the narthex on friday. it was so much fun! i love all those people so much! thanks turbo friends.
not many of h&s or nm because i don't really like taking pictures of music performances. i managed to get a few good ones of greg's set, even though i was about to pass out/ disappear/ transcend earthly existence. music has many effects on me, but that one was particularly unique and intense, especially once the harmonium came out. very wonderful!
i miss mike so much now and also for a lot of the week because, during his visit, i was aware of both how much i value our time together and how it would soon end. i know a lot of people feel similarly and it makes me so happy to think about/ see that. and to know that soon we'll be living together and our interactions will not feel so symbolic.
mike and greg should start a cult. mike could be the spiritual leader and greg could recruit people by playing music in a dimly lit wooden room covered in rugs.
this sounds fine as long as home items is there too.
