Oh Juliet, Oh Juliet!

As I came into Milton today, I was reminded of something that happened when I came home a few days ago that I never mentioned.
We drove past the place that we had loved all summer, spent many days in and made new friends in. Technically, we met there. It was the foundation for our friendship. And for the friendship that neither of us seemed strong enough to hold onto.

The point is, when we past this place, I was unable to lookat it for fear of people being inside. I turned my head, as secretly as I could, at the other side of the street. Without looking, Juli put her hand on my shoulder.
Such a small, pointless event, with no words. We didn't speak of it, think of it, and I even forgot about it until we entered the town today.
But this, meant so much to me. The simple act. The hand on my shoulder telling me that no matter what, someone is always there with me.
Juliet, I love you. You have no idea how much you mean. Maybe this action was not meant to speak louder than words, but it did to me. It spoke volumes.
Thank you.

In other news,
My sister gave me a bag and told me that my mom was thinking of me. In the bag was a stuffed lion holding a heart, and a shirt. I love her.
Then my sister said she was thinking of me too, and threw a turkey sandwich at me.
Well, the thought is there. haha.
I love her too.
