(no subject)
Yesterday was interesting. I worked at Suncoast. While working I got told at least 3 times I should not be working. Umm, still have a few weeks yet. I did get a small laugh out of it. I felt like I was running around trying to get a few things done before the DM arrive, but I think I made a bigger mess than I cleaned up. I'm going to work on keeping the counter cleaner and try to make less of a mess for others to clean up. BLAH. So, when Marissa arrived it was a little bit early. I was trying to get a few things put away from the box that came in. I still had 6 boxes to receive. UGH. She called the part timer working later that night to see if he could come in early. Never got a call back. I told her I could come in for the 30 minutes to cover that part of the shift. Yup 30 minutes, I can come back and work just that. So I head home and see what Paul is doing. I got something small to eat changed clothes and then went and got Osiris from the vet.
It seems he was a good fuzzy at the vet and did not have to be sedated. :) That makes everyone very happy. The X-rays came back with no stones anywhere. We are very happy about that. They took blood work and are running a few tests. We should hear back soon what is going on. At least it is looking better. Just have to keep up with his diet and everything else.
So he did not whine the whole time he was at the vets. He was good for them and everything. Second he sees me, he starts to whine and cry and complain. *boggle* Silly fuzzy!
After I got Osiris home and both him and Setesh had a bath. They both needed one before, but this gave the perfect chance. Some reason they don’t know each other after a long vet visit. So giving them a bath just makes things easier. :) I got me a bath and something small to eat, Then it was minor nap time. The fuzzies woke me up. Not more than a few minutes after that Marissa calls says she needs me. I left me work clothes out and head to work. I get there and work the 30 minutes. Mostly on pull down and items like that. Interview over with and part timer still did not show up. Umm, that is not right. So come to find out he did not know he was working and that he thought because he did not have to be there at 5:30 he did not have to show up at all. All that aside I told him he was responsible to check the schedule for when he works. It would seem normal to do that. He said he was sorry and he was in the ER with his grandmother. Okay I can see that. This phone call came in at 6:45 or so. I stayed and worked until 8pm or a little after. That made me very exhausted.
I work again today. Not going back into work for anything. I'll be sleeping once I get home. Sleep would be good. I would be sleeping now but got a cramp in my leg and it is still bothering me even though it has relaxed. BLAH, guess that gives me extra reading time. Maybe I'll get something done. Who knows...
