Strelkov's replacement on the line
Watched an interview with the new minister of defense of the DPR, who replaced Strelkov.
Kononov may not be much of a public speaker, but he made an impression of a competent person, who knows what he's doing.

PS. I would be interested to hear the speech by Nikolai Strelkov, who doesn't show up in public much yet.
