(no subject)
I love writing. I love working out the plot, and torturing my heroes, and getting to the end. But the bit I hate? Really, really hate, that I have to do?
EDITING
I'm not talking about the everyday sort of editing I do prior to sending stuff off to betas or even afterwards. I'm talking about the long tedious grind of going through every chapter, over and over and over again. Each time trying to spot things I missed before. It's mind numbing, but you know what? I can see it's making the piece better. It's not shiny yet but it's getting there.
