 i started my training for the 5k! i planned to start last week but my sinus infection ruined pretty much all plans i had for the week. i ran a half mile today. every month i will increase the run by a half mile. so i will be at 3 miles (roughly 5k) by may and thats when the race is! i feel so good! i just need to stick to it.
