I actually can;t stand this song, but it's a personal issue rather than me thinking the song is rubbish, however, that performance was SO unexpected!

I'm sorry you have personal issues with it, hon. Yes, the performance was so unexpected. I find it inspiring that Susan sang a song that has such a sad message, but ended up being a positive "dream" for her.

I have always loved that song in the Lea Salonga version, so I was hesitant when Susan Boyle came on stage ... safe to say she blew me away.

Lea Salonga sings it beautifully, too. I'm glad that Susan blew you away when you heard her version of it. I've watched this vid so many times... she's so amazing!

Wonderful version of the song, Susan's voice still gives me goose bumps every time I hear her sing it.

Yes, it's a wonderful version of the song. I get goose bumps (and teary) every time I hear her sing it, too. It's a very, very special performance.
