Situations

Work is getting frustrating. Basically we don't have enough people working third to cover the workload, but the store managers still come down on the third shift supervisors when there's work that doesn't get done. It's funny to hear a first or second shift manager complain about having to do work, because they basically don't have to do any. Our freight shipments usually come in at around 10PM, just as third shift is starting. No other shipments. The only things first or second have to do is whatever third doesn't get done that night, which is rarely a lot. Basically, they'll complain if they have to do anything...at all. Ah...I should stop worrying about this. I believe the only way to truly be happy as an employee for Wal-Mart is to just not give a shit.

I've sent my readmission letter to MSU, but haven't gotten any sort of response from them yet. Now I just need to find a copy of my tax return to file for the ever so crucial financial aid. That's the key thing right there. If that's not approved, there's no way I can afford a semester out of pocket. The plan right now, if all goes as planned, is to live in the dorms. I can't really do a lot of looking for a place in Murray from up here, so that'd be the easier thing. Or maybe I could take Mark up on his offer to sleep under his bed.
