update on my dad
my dad is doing better. he is out of the hospital and the rehab facility as well. he is soooo glad to be home having been gone for five weeks! thanks for asking! he is walking as much as he is able but he still some what dependent on a cane when walking up or down stairs. when walking otherwise he has no trouble that i've seen. the rehab place wanted him to stay there another week but he really wanted to go home. they consented to him going to outpatient therapy a few days a week. he has since then decided to not go to therapy. instead he will be walking on a newly bought treadmill and walking at the mall as well sometimes.
