Han can't think of anything else it seems. :) I liked the scene where he looked at that hilltop. And I enjoyed very much Danu's own thoughts on those events, on the Order and Anakin. He was able to tell more about Padme than Mon Mothma, giving them almost certainty that she was their mother, as well as a glimpse to what she went through. And Han's sad brooding (albeit mixed with delicious memories of the kiss) was interrupted at last! :) Another wonderful chapter!

I think Han's brooding has a lot to do with the mess he believes he's caused in both Luke's life and Leia's life. He's finding it hard to take a step back and see that he's not as responsible for it as he thinks he is.
I do see the possibility that Padmé may have felt slightly closer to those senators who sympathised and supported the Jedi. Her need for secrecy would've won out, but wouldn't have stopped others from speculating on her troubled nature.
