I hope that you own a cat by now ! That's what I first did when I moved out from my parents, I got a cat which lived with me for 20 years ! and now I have four couldn't think a life without cats. You are right with France, the country is beautiful, but the people think they are the belly bottom of the world. All other countries or nations are stupid. It changed now a bit with the young generation but still. Italy has always been my favourite for everything (men included) It's simple I married an Italian 37 years ago ! Do you still like pink? No matter how non-sexist we tried to be, our daughter was pink. There were a couple of years there where she didn't want to wear anything but pink skirts or dresses. I don't konw where we went wrong. LOL
I was a complete girly girl, too. My parents had to beg me to try on jeans. I didn't want to wear pants/trousers, I wanted to wear pretty dresses. They made me happy. Now it's like pulling teeth to get me in a dress. I always feel overdressed.
I do like pink now, but it's been a gradual thing. When I was in fourth grade I hit the wall when it came to things that were pink. I decided I loved purple, instead. Not lilac or light purple; we're talking full on crayola purple.
Now my favorite colors are any shade of green and purple. But I always receive compliments about how nice I look when I'm wearing pink.
